3- WHICH IS THE MINIMUN ORDER QUANTITY?
The minimum order quantity is 2 sheets, we draw as many pieces as possible in the sheet (its size depends on the material and on the drawing) and then we produce two sheet. So we do not have a standard minimum quantity, it depends on the material and on the drawing.

Usually we deliver the samples by ten days from the order. It takes longer if you need specialised finishings.
7- WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR PRODUCTION?
Generally we deliver goods within four weeks from order confirmation. It takes longer in case of specialised finishings.
8- WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION PROCEDURE FOR PHOTOCHEMICAL MILLING AND LASER CUTTING?
The customer send us his drawing with all the information we need, we make the offer. If the customer confirm it he can have some samples (in order to verify the quality of our production) or we can start directly the production (this is a customer's choise). The customer receive our final drawing (as the piece will be produced), if he wants to modify it we can do it very quickly. If our drawing is correct we start the production and we send the order confirmation with definitive delivery date. A soon as the goods are ready we ship them by express courier.
9- WHICH IS THE PHOTO GRAVURE RULE?
The simple photochemical etching rule is that if we want to perforate a sheet the diamater of the hole and the distance between the holes must be the same as thickness material (for example if we use stainless steel 0,5 mm = hole diameter must be 0,5 mm and distance between the holes must be 0,5 mm). If we do not respect these parameters the holes cannot be completly perforated or the pieces can be broken.
