With the customary purpose of providing our clients a more complete service, in 2013 we introduced the revolutionary optical fibre laser cutting technology.
We decided to invest in this field by buying two made in Italy machines (entirely producted in Veneto, our region), custom-made for us and equipped with an advanced technology that makes them flexible and suitable to cutting a very broad range of metals.
Thanks to the success obtiained by laser cut among our clients, we added the CO2 laser which guarantees an even higher quality by reducing or eliminating the time and cost of the following finishing processes.
The use of two different types of lasers and the variety of available thicknesses allows us to enrich the range of products feasible for every application field (prom mechanics to jewelry, from engineering to eyewear).
The advantages of Laser cutting
Flexible and rapid process
Laser cutting is very convenient to produce small or big runs of samples, since it has no system costs. Thanks to laser cut we can now offer metals and thicknesses that are not feasable with chemical etching (for example titanium alloys) and a much wider thicknesses range (up to 10,00 mm depending on the used material).
Greater accuracy and a sharper cut
We can cut also very thick materials (up to 6,00 mm) with a precise and clear cut.
Higher precision and a perfect cut
If we add the highly qualified staff to this technology, the final product can only be flawless also for the most exhigent clientele. Furthermore, the laser technology offers a clear, sharp, precise, shiny and of high geometric precision cut regardless of the thickness of the used material (tolerance goes from +/- 0,05 mm).
